VASD is one of the group of charities owned by Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People.
In Britain about 10 million people (roughly the population of London) are disabled. Nearly half are unemployed and depend on benefit support. Helping them to be independent, self reliant and assisting some of them back into the work place is the aim of Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People. As a disability charity we do not receive government support for capital development and creation of new services, your support is vital for the continuation of QEF’s work.
Whether you are volunteering, making a donation, pledging a legacy or organising an event in support of QEF, we are extremely grateful for all the help we receive. If you need advice about any aspects of getting involved with QEF, please use the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will be delighted to help!
